Artist History
Abby began her musical career in Indianapolis, IN where she recorded both tracks available here. She relocated to Los Angeles in August, 2001 to take advantage of the greater musical opportunities. She played for a short time with LA-based producer-driven project band Boink! before parting over musical differences, recording a five song ep titled the "The Trial of Penny Relentless," and joining LA's own Atomic Bitch. Shortly after, she began playing with The Bitter Things as well. Additionally, Abby is working on original material with drummer, bassist, guitarist Holly Bacci formerly of NYC band Kisser. Look for Atomic Bitch and The Bitter Things all over LA in the next few months. |

Press Reviews
Steve Hammer, NUVO NewsweeklyThe best MP3 I've heard recently comes from Indianapolis singer / songwriter Abigail Kincaid. Her song "Sister" is the next best thing to a new song by Sly Stone...The cut features the swirling horns and tempos of the old Family Stone. The vocals are influenced quite a bit by Prince, which also a plus. All in all, it's a song well worth downloading. |
