Artist History formed Oct 31, 1998 on a ride back from a haunted house. Played several gigs before a hiatus due to college. The name comes from a clock in the basement where we always practiced. The batteries were dead, so the hands never moved. They were constantly stuck at 8:40. Hence the name 22:9 (twenty to nine).
