Artist History U'NEK (pronounced Uni-que) R&B music has changed so much over the last decade going from the sounds of Boyz II Men in the early 1990s to Jagged Edge and 112 in the later part of the decade to R&B boyband B2K in the new millennium. Throughout each decade there has only been a few groups to stand above the rest and leave a lasting legacy …U’nek has proven to some and will soon prove to the world that the legacy left of the new millennium will be  the legacy of U’nek. Jshaun (16) , Keyno (17) , Johntue' (17) , and Lil' J (16) are U'nek, a four member R&B boyband inspired by artists and groups like B2K, Usher, IMx, Mario, Boyz II Men, R. Kelly, 112, and Jagged Edge. These four young men not only sing but they write, produce, dance, and rap. All four members hailing from Charleston, SC came together in early 2001 to form the group and later on manged to hookup with concert promoter and manager Ralph Avant of Big Guy Productions, while singing in a local hotel in their hometown.  While they were gaining steady radio play on radio stations throughout the state of South Carolina for their first single "Feelin’ Down", they were opening for artists like Mario, TG4, Lil’ Romeo, Lil’ Corey, B2K, Isyss, IMx, Prophet Jones, Bow Wow, Silkk Tha Shocker, Master P, & 50 Cent.  LOOK OUT FOR U'NEK OPENING SELECTED SHOWS ON B2K'S "PANDEMONIUM/SCREAM 3 TOUR"
