Artist History Formed by Josh Rowland as a side project to his solo career, The Dead Outlaws is a collaborative effort of New Orleans musicians who appreciate and revel in the most aggressive sides of rock music. After a false start in September of 2002, The Dead Outlaws project was resurrected in May 2003.
