Artist History Born in Richmond, a suburb of Vancouver, Canada, Grant began playing music at quite a young age. He picked up his cousin's guitar when he was seven years old and hasn't put it down since. Growing up in Richmond, Grant was immersed in the local music scene, playing with many different musicians and performing in numerous local bands. Grant's determination combined with his writing and performing abilities in various bands eventually brought his musical life to the forefront. He has toured nationally and internationally, receiving airplay on both commercial radio and television across North America. Back east, Grant performed side stage to folk-rock legend Bob Dylan at the Molson Amphitheatre and after performing at several New Music West Showcases in Vancouver, he headed south to tour the Western United States. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ With supported airplay from nationally recognized, commercial radio, and after being a prominent member of a group with a featured song on the Warner Bros. TV series 'Dawson's Creek,' Grant decided that it was ultimately time to head off on his own. Grant is currently writing and recording new material as a follow-up to his first full-length album, Thoughts.
