Artist description
MER's debut self-titled album was recorded in under three hours on Justin's computer. It includes creative covers of such bands as Sublime, The Wailers, Pink Floyd, The Verve Pipe, and Men at Work. At the album's core are several interpretations of various written pieces including two news articles. Also performed are several children's stories, including selections from Shel Silverstein's Where The Sidewalk Ends. Filling in the cracks are freestyle narratives and andicdotes improvised by Milly. |

Artist History
MER began in early March of this year. It is a acoustic/spoken word project headed by frontman Jonathan August Miller Schwartzadler ("Milly"), with the support of core members Jon Martin, Noelle Korzenecki, Justin "JD" Beneitone, and Bailey "Bird" Simone. The goal of the MER project is to channel the raw, often manic passion of Milly into a palatable artform. |
