Not your average new wave band of frivolous chords and throwaway lyric, ELKLAND strives to be as classic of an incarnation as their forefathers, The Smiths, Joy Division, Yaz and The Stone Roses.
Hailing from Upstate New York the brothers Pierce, Jon(21) on vocals and Jessie(20) on drums with childhood friends Joel Tarpin(18) on Keys/Synths and John Carl(20) on guitar ELKLAND has its sights set on becoming a premier act in the emerging world of Electronica. Touring with acts like Soviet, Fine China, Dennison Marrs and their mentors Joy Electric, ELKLAND has built a sizable following across the country as well as internationally. ELKLAND plans to tour from May through August stateside and then across the pond for an extensive European tour in support of their new EP, Her
