Artist History SECRET HEROES were formed in 2002 by lead guitarist and songwriter Ryan Heart to bring heavy metal rock'n'roll in the great tradition of Van Halen, Guns'n'Roses, or Aerosmith back to life, give its great energy a new edge and take its sound to the digital age of the 21st century. It took more than a year to finish recording and mixing the already highly acclaimed debut album "Loose, High & Free", which will be released some time around August or September 2003. Sadly, drummer Volker Meyer, a long-time companion of Ryan Heart, died in June 2002 before he could finish his work on the album. The driving power of "Loose, High & Free" is meant to be his legacy in eternity. May he rest in peace.
