Artist History
Sean and Tom became close friends in grade 9 at Etobicoke School of the Arts. Sean also had a close friend named Brandon Johns who attended Lakeshore Collegiate at this time. Brandon decided to transfer to ESA for grade 10. Sean, Tom and Brandon started jamming in Tom's basement but nothing really came of it. Something was missing. Time went by and grade 11 rolled around. On one sunny September Day Tom was outside of ESA with Sean when they saw a kid wearing an Atticus hat. They decided they should introduce themselves to the unknown kid. Once introduced Scott recognized Tom. Coincidentally they had been friends when Tom was in grade 7 and Scott was in grade 8. Who knows why Tom couldnt remember this at the time. Scott was then introduced to Brandon and NJC was formed. Scott was invited over to Toms house that weekend to start jamming. From the second they all played together they knew they had something. Since then they have been rehearsing, writing songs, playing shows and the guys are having a great time. They are currently recording their first Ep which will be complete by the end of June 2003. |
