Artist History Shawn wrote some 'indie' songs for a recording he was doing, and then asked Gary if he wanted to do that kind of music as a full band, as opposed to just shawn doing recordings. They picked up Steve and called themselves Per Capita, until Shawn moved to Pittsburgh, and are currently looking for a bassist.
