Artist History
Piano since the age of seven, guitar since Junior High, and bass somewhere in between. Twenty years plus as a professional Musician, Randy has played all over the state of Iowa and most of the country.
Randy's instrumental music has a definite Alan Parsons and Steve Miller influence.
Randy provided the soundtrack music for Ambrosia's RPG game: Delver.
As an active member of Taxi Randy's songs have been forwarded to Warner-Chappell and Eclectic Radio, along with inclusion in Homeward Bound II, Phat Beach
His music is being played in NAPA county CA, public access channel, on a show called The Plague. Locally his music is featured frequently on FPAC (Fairfield Public Access Television).
Featured as writer of the month at Bobkat Music Trust, his music is availiable in many film music record banks such as Resort Records, The Tomb, and Miles Ahead Productions.
(1976-2002) Playing in many local groups, warming up for such stars as John Michael Montgomery, Buck Trent, Sammi Smith, Sugar Loaf, and Black Oak Arkansas.
Randy has had the unique oppurtunity of recording in Nashville, Kansas City as a session musician on many recordings.
