Artist History Heol Telwen ( the dark sun in breton language ) was created in June 1999 by Yskithyrwynn, Gwadsec'hedik Kraban & Anaon. The band start to play black metal with Yskithyrwynn on vocals, Kraban & Anaon on guitars. The band got in touch with Ossian who join the band in 2000. Heol Telwen begun to search a drummer but after one year without results, Yskithyrwynn take the drums and Kraban the vocals & guitars. Meanwhile, the influences of the band are open to a medieval/celtic register giving an epic breath to the songs. Kraban take also the whistle and the bombarde ( french tradionnal instrument ). In late 2001, Nehmain join the band has irish whistle player, but leave it in June 2002. Hades & Mylgaon Vibuc'h join the the band in March 2003. April 2003 : The band record " Mor Braz" their first for tracks CD
