Artist description Adelaides Iain McGillemhaoil, otherwise known by his middle name as Cianaodh (Kee-a-noo-t), is a composer, producer and musician. Since early adolescence, he has played in bands and worked with other musicians. These days he is currently and comfortably solo producing. He plays multiple instruments and prides himself on being self sufficient. As a result he has become a very flexible songwriter. He likes to dabble in everything and usually does, which shows in the many sides to his musical personality. There is heavy, bluesy, yet melodious rock packed with opinionated lyrics. Intense guitars and drums mixed with poetically crafted words. There is overtly sexual house/trance music that contains messages of liberty, freedom and hope. There are even dreamy and ambient pieces that can take you on a journey to relaxation. A lot of his energy comes through his music and it exposes these sides to his nature. He studies history and has a deep love for and interest in world folk music and cultures. He experiments with new sounds and styles that are yet to be recorded, but are being currently worked on.
