Artist description Somehow, in the boundless capacity for existence that we call the universe, you have - through what may or may not be guiding forces in your life - found yourself here. Here is probably not where you want to be. But alas, undaunted you trudge onward. Through no fault of your own you have found yourself at the heels of what will soon be in a few sentences the biography of the unknown and meaningless band The Hemingway Solution. As you probably have done so a thousand times before, you prepare yourself to be whitewashed by the flowery words and grandiose rhetoric of the not so V.I.P. Well, no more I say! I for one am sick and tired of dealing it out so for fuck sakes lets just for once get to the point. For better or worse I’m giving you this one neat or on the rocks...you aint gonna find no plastic umbrellas or coconuts here. All you really want is the truth, don’t you? And probably some facts too, everybody loves their f-ing facts. Apropos, begin. Formed in March 2003. The Hemingway Solution. Three to four nice handsome young boys hailing from Etobicoke/Mississauga. To date The Hemingway Solution have recorded 1 EP, played a few gigs and basically achieved no success - and all in a matter of a few months! The combined weight of the band is 496 lbs. Alternative/rock is what they play. What that is I really don’t know, but in this case it’s what you get when you take upstanding gentlemen such as The Hemingway Solution (ok well maybe 2/3 upstanding) and subject them to a childhood in the suburbs of straightandnarrowsville fighting in the monotonous tussle of middleclass hardships. Swallow a hefty dose of the Beatles and Smashing Pumpkins, sprinkle in some Eagles, Supertramp, G 'n' R, add some Chilli Peppers and STP. Mix and serve. Voila a recipe for ... well you decide. If you would like to see a better bio, then do something nice for The Hemingway Solution.
