Artist History
The Silverbacks formed in the autumn of 2000 when
Scott, Jason and Andrew joined together. All three
have an equal hand in writing the music they perform.
They recorded an early four-song demo in Spring 2001
with Dale Miners and then a seven-song EP "Angel Food Services"
with Wendy Schneider in Madison, Wisconsin.
Recently, they have been focusing locally,
recording "The Guerilla Sessions" with Stiff Starr,
o-engineering with Graham Hick, at Star! Search. |

Press Reviews
“Think early Foo Fighters, if early Foo Fighters
were less organized, and that’s not necessarily
a bad thing. Another thing I like about this group
is how hard it is to pin down their sound. Yea,
Foo Fighters-ish, but there’s lots of other bands
they kind of sound like too, which is a good thing
in this day and age where it’s hard to tell bands
apart. Definitely keep your eyes on these guys and
go to their site.”
