Artist History First forming back in 1994 CIA used to be called Frosty. As the music style started changing they changed the name to The Cause...If Anything around 1998. After the change the bass player Josh left band. Kramer and Kenny would continue writing and perfecting their chemistry together for 2 years. They then hired the services of Snary on bass and began touring. After 2 more years Snary felt he just couldn't keep up to the skills of Kramer and Kenny. He quit on New Years day 2002 and asked Scott to take his place on bass. Scott would turn out to be exacly what CIA had been looking for. Today CIA has never been faster tighter or better. So keep a watchfull eye for these crazy punk rock party animals. They may be coming to a town near you. Leaving each one in a pile of dirty blankets and funky smells.
