Artist description WOODY was formed in 1989 two weeks before it's first gig. They have never looked back and continue to write fun and inspiring Pop/Rock songs. WOODY took their show around the world playing in Paris, London, Tokyo, New York, Boston, etc. While on the road the band continued to write and and develop their sound. WOODY has a sound that combines bands that were not even around when WOODY started playing. They have the sound of The Goo Goo Dolls combined with Green Day, Mixed with some samples and Third Eye Blind. Finally it was time to record. WOODY's first CD, "WOODY" contains 18 inspiring songs. The follow up "Everybody Needs One...", was recorded in two weeks and shows the growth of WOODY'S Pop/Rock writing. The follow up to "Everybody Needs One..." which is titled "All In Nerves", will prove once and for all the musical abilities of this great, party, pop/rock band.
