Artist description
Curtains Drawn is a band that in a fascinating way mixes the riffs of heavy with the coolest of grunge and end up with an expression all of their own. The singer sells the whole thing with a naturalistic professionalism... A natural talent that looks like a fish in the water at live performances. The guitar lies heavy and straight - a totally professional guitarist! The drums pound forward like a locomotive and the bass scores just as much as the other guys!!! |

Artist History
Fall 2000… Stephan meets Thomas at a
music seminar. They talk about Stephan’s
band Synergy and Thomas suggests to come
over one night for a jam. The following
evening Thomas sets up his gear in the
bands rehearsing studio and it’s been there
ever since… The first week of their acquaintance also resulted in the song Love insanity which can be found on the album Pray till Dawn and is a massive crowd pleaser.
The following year the bass is taken over by Poul and the music is diverted into a heavier playing style. At the same time the band changes it’s name… Curtains Drawn is a reality. Playing several gigs in the local area throws off experience and Curtains Drawn quickly gained recognition among the public as a live act worth seeing. With songs consisting of heavy guitar riffs and harmonic vocals Curtains Drawn strives to tell a story about life not always being as it’s supposed to… Love, hate and everything in between can all be restraints in pursuing happiness…
