Artist description Consisting mainly of self taught musicians, the songwriting team of Aguilar/Hernandez, with the help of fellow musicians, have developed a very broad musical style. With strong influences of blues music, deeply embedded in rock and roll, they have edged a pop blues style that relies heavily on a strong melody line laced with strong, rythmic and melodic guitars riding on a strong rythm section and complementing with background vocals. In an effort to blend "old school" style of recording with today's everchanging technological recording methods, Hourglass echoes through with their own blend of today's rock and roll.

Artist History Over the past nine years, we have developed many songs and up to now, with the help of mp3.com, we have been given an oppotunity to display what you will be able to find on our first album.
