Artist History It's raining outside, and a shaky old man creeps out of the Empire Hunan Chinese Restaurant and ambles down the street, yelling at no one in particular. The passersby, on their way to dingy Russian pubs and Dick Van Patten movies, pay him little attention. They have no idea who this man once was. This man was Justin Feeble.From 1967 until 1975, Feeble was the most innovative and exciting band in America. Although rarely spoken of nowadays, time has proven them more influential than The Velvet Underground, Stooges, and Sex Pistols combined. At their arrival, the world was not ready for Feeble.
