Artist History fAllout Shelter was founded in mid 1998 when James Housteau made his way to Columbus Oh from his native home town of Youngstown, OH. He met up with drummer Chris Winder of Virgina Beach, VA and started pounding out a new melodic punch. Later that year Dave Gallahger of Orleans France joined the ranks and added a cutting edge guitar sound. Finally in early 1999, Steve Gross from Youngstown OH joined to complete the the set. They are currently playing shows in around the east coast focusing on the Ohio to NC circut. They are currently cutting their self-released debut CD entitled.
