Artist History
Ever since he was a kid, Dat-Mot has always been interactive with music. In about 1985 he got into electronic music then later, started to DJ in 1988. Shortly after that, he bought his first Professional drum machine and played music with a friend who used a MS-10 Korg. In 1994 with a growing arsenal of equipment, he started his own Official Dat-Mot Recording's, producing a 60 minute album about once a year. Most recently, (June 1998 - present) Dat-Mot has incorporated the use of a computer to help him advance and further explore his sonic creations, with side projects: Less Skill and Project 3. |

Press Reviews
Hawaii-based artist lays down a steady stream of midtempo breaks with rough Industrial effects. Simplistic, beat-driven soundscapes could work as the opening theme for a crime drama. ---LISTEN.COM |
