Artist History Pipe Stone is a group of friends from Presque Isle, Maine. Bonded by music and by having fun. Justin and Richie started the group in September and then they had a different bassist than Josh. After a lot of thought they dropped the original bassist and took in Josh. Josh, before joining the group, was a fill in for a show and a few practices. It was an easy choice. The three recorded their first demo entitled Sharpie Edition on account of the cd being written on by a sharpie marker. Close to a month later the band thought again and chose to take in another guitarist, Randy. Randy brought his style to the band and a lot more laughter. Now they are making it through the times and writting more music for the next time they make a cd.
