Artist History
Juno Scenario was created in 1997 by Jack Haire, Joe Pagano, and Bruce Miller...Our first show consisted of 4 songs with a different singer for each song....After a few shows Jack would become the lead vocalist. In the beginning Bruce Miller was also on vocals, but when we couldn't keep a guitarist to save our lives he was taught the guitar parts. He would still sing on a couple songs...Joe created all of the music, and lyrics were written by Bruce, Joe, and some outside sources.... we had one song that seemed to be our most popular song, and this was called "Fiend". The lyrics to fiend were actually written by the singer of sister P.M.P. Records artist Proteus. The first year showed Juno finding itself, with many other members coming and going. The first 5 or 6 shows we even had a female vocalist. With her departure Juno would become a more aggressive act. Our third live drummer was Aaron Messmer, he seemed to fit with us the best, and he added so much to our live show. Not long after he joined a cover of Skinny Puppy's "Far Too Frail" would become our next popular song. Juno Scenario would go on to play shows with bands like Hate Dept, Kevorkian Death Cycle, Rakit, Carbon 9, Bol, 29 Died, Full Frequency, Pinch Point, and many other great acts. In the beginning of 1999 Aaron Messmer would leave for the Marines, and Juno Scenario would never be the same...We played one show in the next 6 months, the CD release party for Juno and Proteus. We played this show without Aaron, and after we decided not to play again without a drummer. Luckily, Aaron returned later that year and rejoined Juno Scenario. The year 2000 Juno would prove to be a tighter band, and an even better live experience. Aaron Messmer remixed the songs on our demo cd, making them more up to date. We played a battle of the bands and lost to a christian metal group, how ironic. We would then play a show in Hollywood and a show in Las Vegas before learning of Aaron's final departure from the band. He has now left to pursue his own electronic music career. Before leaving he left us with the gift of a great cover song, Hate Dept's "Beat Me Up". With his departure and a few other factors, Juno Senario has now retired after over 4 years...thanks to all that have supported our craziness. Stay tuned for a reunion show as all great bands do these days... |
