Artist description Formed in the winter of 2002 from the ranks of a few seasoned projects, Jet Motorcrash is a five piece rock experience with a sound that grabs the ears and doesn't let go. Unabashedly energetic and infectious, this band's potential has only the sky as its limit. Guitarist Mike Hornak has been firmly entrenched in the Southern California music scene for many years. Cutting his teeth on local stages in his teens, his technique for developing innovative responses from his guitar has made Jet Motorcrash a fully-functional rock machine. Bassist Josh Varner weaves his inventive approach into thick tendrils which root the band in the true essence of creative expression, giving the group a deep, grounded feeling. Inspired by the work of Frank Black and the Toadies, he lends his vision to the further development of Jet Motorcrash into a fourth-dimension experience for their fans. Guitarist Alex Insua adds a healthy layer of sonic attack to the Jet Motorcrash tone, utilizing his attention to detail and passion for playing as an artist wields a brush. His drive to make his mark upon the music world has only fanned the flames of this fledgling yet reputable band. Drummer Wes Hornung is as solid a percussion talent as they come. Having nurtured his style through the changing tastes of Inland Empire music acts, he has emerged as one of the most expressive and driven drummers on the Inland scene today. Vocalist Rich Dagani brings his considerable talent and experience to bear upon the solid foundation that Jet Motorcrash is based upon, filling it out with his strength and expanding it into an increasingly catchy and moving approach.
