Artist History Globe Patrol was formed by the staff of "The Bubba Show" shortly after that show was cancelled. Broadcasts began in 1981 from Globe Patrol Headquarters, just outside of Santa's Village (itself just outside of Los Angeles.) In 1987, locals rose up and slaughtered everybody at Globe Patrol Headquarters. In 1998 Santa's Village was closed, so the surviving members of Globe Patrol resurrected the deceased members and they all relocated just outside of Wawona (just inside Yosemite National Park.)
