Artist History Jenix is a young new band out of the suburbs of Clairemont and are ready to take over the local scene with their unique blend of emo, alternative, and hardcore style. Comprised of 3 high school juniors and a college sophomore, this quartet spent the first few months of their career recording their demo on an 8 track, playing sparse shows, but are now ready to take on the San Diego live circuit. Jenix was formed in early 2002 in the wake of pop punk band One Step Further's demise. Jenix was the spawn of the lead singer and drummer of OSF branching off into their own style of punk and soon recruite
