Artist History The Cannoli Conspiracy origins date back to over a year ago when Rob & I would rock out in his room. Eventually it became a weekly practice where we would just cover Oasis, Jimmy Eat World, & Weezer songs. After a while of that, Steve joined the group on bass (Rob & I still playing guitar). Knowing that we would need a drummer but would never be able to find one, I was able to borrow my Uncle Paul's drum set (after coming out of sevenlayersdeep) and Rob elected to drop the guitar and become the drummer. We decided upon the name Cannoli Conspiracy because it was thanks to a cannoli at the Double T Diner that we missed Jimmy Eat World opening for Weezer. Not that the Weezer show was that good anyway. But now we are out to spread awareness of cannolis.
