Artist description STATE DEPENDENT MEMORY: The phenomenon whereby people are more able to remember an event if they are in the same state as when it occurred. If they are in a greatly different state when they try to remember, memory is poorer. __________________________________________________________ Music is a catylist for bringing out memories of the past by putting the listener in an emotional state similar to one experienced earlier in life. Yet listening to this new music also forms new state dependent memories, whereby the cycle perpetuates.

Musical Influences We have a wide variety of influences, from Billy Joel, REM, Pink Floyd, Boston, Red Hot Chili Peppers to different forms and periods of classical and even musical theater. A lot of the music that we write isn't so much based off of conciously drawing off of influences, but more feeling the way the lyric should progress and letting it lead the way.
