Artist description Was born & raised in Seattle Washington. He attended Garfield high school where he played piano in the stage band under the direction of Ed Lee. After high school he attended Cornish college of the arts for 3 years. There he studied composing & arranging music. Later he received a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Washington. Charles has toured with the Argosy and Clipper boat cruises through western Washington and Canada. He has been the leader of the local band "PROJECT L.A. since 1991, performing in western Washington and Canada. In addition Charles has been a local disk jockey.
