Artist History Straight from the middle class suburbs, emerges Portland bred MC, Chazz Rokk. Most definitely the hottest MC on his block, and perhaps the only MC on his block. All jokes aside, in a time where Hip Hop is quantity over quality and the CD rack is rushed and flooded with garbage every Tuesday. Artists and consumers alike bitch and complain about the most meaningless subject matters. Chazz Rokk does not stress the next man. He's an MC's MC. Soul, style, and truth dropped over an ecletic yet smooth transition of banging instrumentals. Refreshing Hip Hop music that the ladies, fellas, chickenheads, thugs, hoes, gangsters, doctors, nurses, and even rhythmically challenged heads can groove too. Chazz Rokk blasted onto the scene at 16, winning the 95.5 Jammin’ Underground Jam It or Slam It contest, with the radio single “Ride Or Roll,” that was well received by radio personalities and listeners alike. He went on to release his debut EP “Rokk The Spot” and share the stage with underground favorites Ol’ Dominion, The Primeridian, Typical Cats, Eyedea and Abilities, and many more. Chazz is also featured on the Motivate Movement: Asiatic Volume One alongside with ZION I, Vin Roc, Black Eye Peas family, PACIFICS, and many more. His music has also been featured on 360 Video: Hard Drive 360 Video: Timelapse a nationally distributed DVD magazine on car imports, skating, bboying, women, and more. Now at age 17, this is only the beginning to a promising career as he works on his second album “Landed On Us.” Featuring production from newly signed Def Jam ILLmind and others from around the globe and rhymes alongside the likes of SmOOth, Braille, Ohmega Watts, and Boom Bap Project.
