Artist description Tara is a singer/ songwriter/ guitarist who writes all of her own songs. She plays by ear, which sometimes is a hassle when trying to collaborate with other musicians. She reaches people through her songs just by singing about her own experiences. She is a natural performer and her rhythmic nature and beautiful voice will go straight to your heart.

Artist History Tara always gravitated to music, but it wasn't until her mid-twenties that she realized she had to sing and play music or she would continue to be half-living. She was given her first guitar in 2000 but didn't start really playing it until 2001. In 2002, she played in The Turns Band in Phoenix, Arizona. While in the desert, Tara was able to blossom and spill her thoughts out into songs. She currently lives in San Anselmo, California, and is pursuing a degree in music while performing every chance she can get. Tara tells tales of love, growing, and desire and hopes to bring people closer together through music and entertain others' hearts while feeding her own heart. Her music is folky, rock 'n roll, and honest.
