Artist description
Siphon is a modern hard rock band based in San Diego,
California. Our sound mixes complex vocal harmonies
with driving riffs and unconventional rhythms. Plus,
we throw in a lot of melodic hooks, like STP does.
Think Tool with Layne Staley singing, and Scott
Weiland writing the melodies. |

Artist History
Siphon was founded in late 2001, and started playing
out in 2002. About midway through 2002, our old vocalist
and bassist left, causing a major lineup change.
It worked out for the best, though, because the new
guys are way better. We've been gigging with our current
lineup only since Feb 2003, but already have played
gigs at venues like the Hard Rock Cafe and Dream Street.
We've been told our live show is as good as pro concerts.
