Artist History
Vessell has been around in various states since 1986. Vessel began at that time when the band VANDAL in Knoxville, TN broke up and soon all of the members moved to Phoenix, Arizona. Thier lives changed, they formed Vessel and within a month they were receiving widespread airplay on Phoenix radio stations KRDS and others. Vessel did shows with Stryper, Whiteheart, Messiah Prophet, Phil Keaggy, Darrell Mansfield, Leon Patillo, Rick Cua, Margaret Becker, Mylon LeFevre, and other Christian Rock Superstars. The band has since relocated back to Tennessee and original members Jim Nuchols and Scott Gross are rocking for God with the help of Kerry Kootch, Ray Romsburg, and they are still seeking a lead guitarist. The band is currently working on material for a new CD. We are all proud fathers and husbands. |
