One day in 1986, a faint and crackly signal reached the project's top secret scanning facility... Contact had been made. However, by the end of 1986, all people working on the decoding of the tranmissions had disappeared under mysterious circumstances... More than a decade later, a dossier and accompanying audio recording marked "ABOVE TOP SECRET" and named "ICU" was found by Clerk X. Now the incredible story can be told...

Artist History From it's origins in a project started in 1971, Project Electrix was started in 1980. After the events of 1986, the project continued under new management until it was scrapped in 1990.

Group Members Unknown, although one of the members of the project was referred to in subsequent documentation under the name "ASM".
