TMI started up a couple of years ago and in November 2002 split up. This page is dedicated to a great time we had in the band so there's a couple of tunes from our demo which we really liked at the time. |

Artist History
TMI started for a school talent show in March 2001 with originally Andy and Niall deciding to play a song. After a few weeks persuasion Jamie got a bass for his birthday and joined straight away. We played "Everybody Hurts" and won the talent show, it was our proudes moment and we were so happy to have won it. After that we started writing a cople of songs although Jamie was still really learning bass and we got a few gigs in the school at disco's etc. After these gigs we started getting more serious and played our first of three towers gigs. We at this point had been together for about a year and Jamie was coming to the forefront as our frontman although Andy still kept hold of a lot of the singing duties. We were now getting more regular gigs and played to much larger audiences, playing mainly our own material. In August 2002 we recorded our first cd "First Awkward Moment EP" which included 7 songs. It was a great moment to hear our music for the first time, we were really proud. After this we sold hundreds of copies of the cd and played larger gigs and recieved a lot more interest from people outwith our friends. By November things had gone a bit off with the band and we'd lost contact a bit and drifted apart as a band so decided to call it a day. |
