CREE BIO
Cree (Creshanna Tabor), The First Lady of Pitch Black Entertainment started singing at the tender age of nine (9) years old. She along with two cousins formed a well known local group known as R.A.W. Cree went on to pursue a career as a solo artist. This talented singer/songwriter has been the opening act for artist such as: Mystical, Junior Reed, and Avant. In 2001, Cree had a hit single “Secrets” released in the U.K on the Urban Street Anthems Volume 1 compilation.
She has made appearances in various venues such as : Park West, Riviera, Club Intas, Cotton Club, Epitome, Wild Hare and on TV shows: Stepping at Club 7 and Jenny Jones. Cree had the honor of being W.G.C.I’s 1995 Home Jam Winner. She is scheduled to perform at V-103 Expo for Today’s Black Woman.
Cree is scheduled to release her debut album/cd titled “Definition of a Woman” in April 2003 on the indie label Pitch Black Entertainment. The project was co-written by Cree and The Executives (Greg Tobar and Kenyatta “Ken Win” Whitfield. With her angelic voice, Cree is destined for stardom.
