Artist History Hector Black was formed by Matt Baskin and Chris Herbert in April of 2003. It was a result of their old band, The Stalkers, breaking up. Hector Black is the name of Brooke Petersen's stuffed dog that has been adopted by Matt. So now you know our big wonderful story.
