Artist History My Fear and Regret is a young band out of New Jersey with a powerful and unique sound. My Fear and Regret formed in Spring of 2003, and immediately started playing shows. They released their 5 song demo "Where Dreams Lie In Ruins" only after a few months of being a band. With musical inspiration by Glassjaw, Poison the Well, Thursday, Thrice, and many other bands and with inspirational lyrics about romance and death, My Fear and Regret created an unique style that can relate with everyone.
