Artist History Collabo Music Group was founded in October 2001 as a partnership in Salem County, New Jersey owned and operated by Brett "B Dubb" Baker and Victor "V.I.C." Mallory. Collabo was originally a production company with soul focus on music composition and multi-track production. Baker and Mallory recognized the need for more variety in production and immediately included Paul"Montkeyz" Reynolds and Vernell "Dodatstick" Mincey as owners of the company. This eventually led to the acquisition of a pre-production studio and a new company focal point as a record label/production company.
