Artist History Born & raised in Greensboro, N.C. (Gutta Greens), K.A.I.R.O. was always creative. From writing poetry, to producing songs, music was his life. Growing up listening to classic artists like Al Green, Earth Wind & Fire, The Temptations, The Commadores, Diana Ross & The Supremes, The Isley Brothers, and Ike Turner just to name a few. Making music was only a hobby up until '98, when mainstream music started to take a turn for the worst. Every artist started to sound exactly like every artist. In fact, they weren't even considered artists...more like entertainers. It started as "true" story telling...you spoke about what you go through in everyday life, now, they speak of what someone else does. It was time that someone plays the hero & saves the art of music...brings it back to its roots, & that hero is K.A.I.R.O.!
