Artist History
David Murray grew up listening to New Wave and the New Romantics and felt that by combining the pop sensibilities of the synthesizer with the cutting lyrics of Joy Division, Magazine etc he could create a hybrid music that was both melodic and edgy. During the 80's he built up a collection of keyboards and recording equipment that he and friend Mark 'Lloydy' Lloyd would try and write the classic 'pop' song. Over the years David carried on writing learning to play guitar and using computer based recording to enhance the sound he'd been searching for for 19 years. |
