Artist description
The Cape of Good Hope (or TCOGH for short) are a Midlands based band that hail from the glorious towns of Rubery, Bromsgrove and Kidderminster. TCOGH started off life as a short text message conversation between guitarists Stu and Tom about starting a band and in a week they’d recruited friends Andy and Howard to complete the line-up of bassist and drummer. They’re similar musical interests and disliking for nu-rap-metal drove them to write and play in a style that cannot be pigeon holed but is unmistakably catchy and manages to capture the attitude of punk, the heaviness of metal and the feelings of emo. |
