Artist description A unique mixture of rock, ska, punk, funk, and pop that has been developed through the various musical styles within the band. Consisting of seven individuals, Opus brings an energy to the stage like no other and the music is related to by all ages. Sit back, relax, throw on the headphones and just enjoy the music!

Artist History Opus was formed in San Luis Obispo as four college students decided it was time to break from the boredom of just studying and creatively apply themselves. Opus' music has evolved with time and the addition of new members. First was a mixture of rock, pop, funk, and ska without horns. As time progressed, the band added some horn players to add to their unique sound. Opus has created two different albums and the music cannot truely be classified until listened to. Opus strives to record another album and tour adding to their wonderful San Luis Obispo fan base.
