Artist History Insecure Delusion was formed in 1996 when Scotty Saltman met Sean McNeil and the two decided to put togeather a band. Soon after they asked Scott Schuler and Bobby Fagan to play with them to compleat the band. Insecured Delusion has been togeather for 3 years and have the they do not plan on stopping anytime soon.
