Artist History
Castle Keep was formed in 1981 when bassist/flutist Jake Conte placed an ad in a rock music-oriented weekly publication seeking musicians interested in playing English and Celtic folk songs with progressive rock overtones. After meeting Jodee James, he realized she would be the perfect singer to bring the old songs into the modern world. |
