Artist History
The recipient of the Foundation to Assist Canadian Talent On Record (FACTOR) New Talent Award, Boyd's music has also earned him two Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) recording sessions. He studied audio recording at the Banff Centre for Fine Arts and music theory/composition at the University of Saskatchewan. He has performed in such international venues as Expo’86 in Vancouver and live on CBC radio. For many years samples of his work were accessable to the public only through TV/video/film sound tracks, radio commercials and rare public appearance. ASSUME NOTHING marks his first CD release! |
