Artist History Blodsrit was created in 1998 as a two-piece band. A demo from that time was recorded but never released due to various reasons. In 1999 Nazgűl decided to continue on his own and in April the same year a demo entitled 'Dödens Sändebud' was recorded. This led to a contract for the split-cd "Storm of Immolation" with Blodsrit and Ritual Orchestra on the label Psychic Scream Entertainment. After the release of the split the french label Chanteloup Creations became interested in Blodsrit and a contract for a fullenght album was signed. This album was entitled "Supreme Misanthropy", and this furious piece of music saw the darkness of the night during the autumn of 2001. Due to various reasons Chanteloup Creations was laid to eternal rest and the album was released through Adipocere Records / Oakenshield Productions instead. Future releases of Blodsrit wil most likely be handled in a co-operation with these labels as well. In summer 2001 drummer Fiebig joined the band and Blodsrit became stronger than ever before. The 4 track promo album "Secrets Unveiled" that was recorded in September 2001 stands as a solid proof that Blodsrit only has begun it´s glorious rise into damnation
