Artist History RESISTER originally formed in 2000 with Bearden, and Nunenmacher as founding members and writers for the band. RESISTER calls the Big Easy home. This fresh new band from New Orleans, Louisiana plays music that can best be described as melody driven vocals with slamming guitars and tight rhythmic percussion. The band is comprised of former members of bands such as Near Life Experience - NoiseLab Records, Fall From Grace - Mayhem Records and Soul Ignition. Glenn's brothers also have successful careers. Glenn’s brother Steve is songwriter, guitarist and backing vocalist with Lillian Axe and fronts his solo band Near Life Experience. Glenn’s other brother Craig Nunenmacher is the drummer for famed Ozzy Osbourne guitarist Zakk Wylde's Black Label Society and Crowbar.Resister features a distinctive 'ready for radio' sound and currently performs in the mid-south region. The band has been seen opening for other national recording artists such as Crowbar, Lillian Axe, Near Life Experience, and Lifehouse.
