Artist History Aussie icon Jeff Duff began working with Joseph in 1999. The two met during some shows they were doing for the Sydney Acoustica Movement. JEFFREY & JOSEPH have built up a huge following both as individuals and as a duo performing around Australia in the four years they have been working together. They have recorded two albums of original self-penned material and continue to write and record for the international market. They toured Japan in 2001 performing new songs that would later become the nucleus for the ''Holiday in Transylvania'' album. They are planning on returning to Tokyo in 2003 for another tour and to organise licensing of their product. Jeff has an agent in Tokyo who not only organises gigs but also arranges networking with relevant music industry connections. The duo are regular performers at Sydney's premier music venues including the Basement, Metro, Hopetoun, Lansdowne, Bar Broadway and most of the top venues throughout NSW. They have appeared at many Sydney based festivals, Tumbalong Park Olympic concerts, Manly jazz festival, Darling Harbour Festival, Hyde Park festival and the Pacific Circle Festival. Jeffrey & Joseph headlined the West Australian Fringe festival in 2002 appeared as special guests at Club Acoustica showcases at the Basement and LA BAR with a featured track on volume one Club Acoustica CD [released 2002] They receive radio airplay locally and nationally and have appeared on most live entertainment television shows in Australia. Jeff's videos are played on most music video television shows including ABC's ''Rage''. Jeff's video for the song ''walk on the wildside'' was Australia's representative at the MTV [music television] video awards in New York. During the eighties Jeff lived in London and recorded half a dozen albums under the name ''DUFFO''. He has been lauded by critics as one of the most unique and original artists to emerge from Australia. In 1980 Andy Warhol added his kiss of approval ''Sinatra, Presley, Jagger, Popeye.....and now Duffo'' Joseph Calderazzo has been playing guitar for twenty years and has recently released CD's with his two other musical projects ''AKRADIA'' a highly original acoustic rock duo, currently recording a second album. & ''MORGANA & the MONSTARS'' a rock band that also has an acoustic edge. Both these acts have enthusiastic fan bases who support their live shows and both line-ups have benefited from Josephs writing, arranging and producing skills not to mention his talent as a guitarist. ''Holiday in Transylvania'' is a fine example of how this talented duo have not only mastered the art of acoustic pop but also reinvented it.....
